PARTICIPATION IN THE FIELD TRIPS

  • Participation in the field strips is reserved for participants enrolled in the XV CGPLP.
  • Limited availability. The filling will obey the order of payment of the field trip registration fee.
  • The field trips realization depends on at least 15 participants.
  • In the event of a field trip cancellation, the field trip registration will be fully refunded.
  • In case of cancellation of the registration in the field trip, by the participant, regardless of the reason, until June 22, 2021, the Organizing Committee will refund 70% of the registration fee.
  • In the cancellation occurs after June 22, 2021, there will be no refund of the registration fee.
  • Requests for replacement of paid registration entitlement may occur until July 22, 2021 through communication to the address: geoquimicaplp@bureaudeeventos.com.br.
